AI automation services deployed for business clients are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). These Terms apply to website visitors and demo users only. If you are a 512AI client, your use of deployed services is governed by your specific agreement with us.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number through our AI chat widget, voice agent, or service request forms on our platform or our clients' websites, you consent to receive text messages related to your service requests.

Program description: 512AI sends transactional text messages on behalf of our client businesses (such as lawn care, home services, and trade businesses) to confirm bookings and provide service-related updates.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1-5 messages per service request.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out.

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
